Tết 2012

Tết is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, and is the major festival of the year.

For the Year of the Dragon, Titibititiem Projects is aiming to make Tết a time to remember by collecting the following goods, or money towards their purchase:

• new shorts and T-shirt outfits for boys aged from 6 years old up. Cost per outfit between 100,000 and 160,000 VND.
• new T-shirt and 3/4 length shorts outfits for girls aged from 6 years old up. Cost per outfit between 120,000 and 150,000 VND.
• food items to be distributed to the families of children attending school at the Long Hải Centre for the Social Protection of Children:

10kg of rice - 160,000 VND

1 litre of cooking oil - 42,000 VND

biscuits - 50,000 VND

• lucky money for each child. Envelopes will contain 50,000 VND.

If you are interested in making a complete gift to a child and their family the total cost is approximately 460,000 VND.

Your gifts will go to the 150+ children at the Vũng Tàu and Long Hải Centres.
